This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal data of users of the Predictions.io application and the questimations.com website.

9. Children's Privacy

Predictions.io is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in applicable EEA jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Questimations OÜ is based in Estonia (EU). Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards — including Standard Contractual Clauses — are in place in accordance with GDPR.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls limited to authorised personnel. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
